- Lead consultant on site and hired into role as Project Supervisor in a startup Computer Support function
- Established and maintained PC hardware and software standards for Rockwell domestically
- Created an IT Call Center / Service Desk for internal customers
- Directed staffing and budgeting ($3.5M 2 direct and 15 indirect reports)
- Negotiated an enterprise wide Norton Anti-Virus purchase (Saving RA $0.5M annually)
- Formed a Desktop Architecture Team (DAT) to focus on:
- Automated IT support - Pioneered a revolutionary PC build / image process for greater configuration flexibility and reduced the setup time (by 90%)
- Enhanced supply chain effectiveness - Created an innovative electronic PO and purchase system reduced purchase cycle time from 21 days down to 7 while reducing purchasing staff by 2/3’s (adopted by several other Rockwell businesses)
- Increased the Call Center effectiveness - Improved connectivity and heightened infrastructure consistency increased first call closure rates by over 50%
